This project, situated in Marayong, involves renovating the existing house and adding a new, separate detached studio.
The renovation includes demolishing the existing detached garage to build a studio and renovating the house, which features a spacious living room connecting the alfresco area. The renovation will include a main bedroom with an attached ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. A laundry area is conveniently connected to the alfresco from the outside for easy use.
The detached studio, located at the rear side of the house, has its own attached ensuite and functions as an individual unit. In terms of materials, we have opted for natural-toned vinyl flooring to match the existing flooring, while tiles have been used in wet areas. The roof has been constructed using concrete tiles to maintain consistency with the existing structure. Ample clear windows have been incorporated throughout the extension and additions, ensuring a comfortable and well-lit living space, allowing plenty of natural light to illuminate the property.
