For this project, we were tasked with creating a spacious, open-plan layout that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living. The original mid-century street elevation was preserved, while modern additions included a sleek kitchen, a convenient powder room, and a staircase.

The ground floor now opens onto an open-to-sky patio with a deck, seating for a perfect morning retreat, connecting the house to a garage featuring storage and laundry facilities.

Upstairs, a master bedroom was designed with a dedicated work-from-home space and a lovely street view. Skylights in the hallway bring in natural light, illuminating a shared bathroom and linen closet, with an additional bedroom designed to suit the family’s needs.

Our smart space planning allowed us to comfortably meet the floor space ratio with other requirements, delivering a timeless, “forever” home for the client & it helped us to obtain Development Applications (DA) passed smoothly.
