At Prudential Construction, we transformed a property consisting of four main buildings with twenty residential and five commercial lots in different stages with minimal disruptions among the residents and users. structure is conveniently located off Collins Ave. Our work encompassed a comprehensive scope, ensuring both
structural integrity and aesthetic enhancements across the entire complex
We undertook essential tasks such as waterproofing, tile installation, and repairing balcony and façade renders. Structural upgrades included replacing lintels, and windows and addressing
concrete spalling issues. Inside, we restored internal finishes and tackled rising dampness and water penetration problems, ensuring a safe and
comfortable environment for all occupants. Masonry repairs, façade rendering, and a complete external repainting rejuvenated the buildings, while roof and plumbing investigation rectified long-
standing issues. Additionally, we replaced wall tiling, installed new steel gates, and removed asbestos, prioritizing safety and modern functionality.
Every aspect of this project highlights our commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. From major structural repairs to the final touches, we ensured the property met the highest standards delivering a renewed and revitalized space for both residential and commercial use.
